The Liberty Bell Ruby is one of the world's largest cut rubies, weighing 8,500 carats (1.7 kg). Sculpted in the shape of a bell — in homage to the American Liberty Bell — this ruby was mined in Africa and cut in 1952 by an anonymous craftsman. The stone is adorned with 50 diamonds and features a sculpture of the freedom face.
